Beacon Finishes was started as a passion project between two large commercial contractors in the area; Renfrow Painting INC. and JW Commercial Painting. The inability for these two companies to service homeowners and small business owners due to overhead and schedules was always a constant frustration.

We saw all of the negative trends and direction of this market for homeowners and contractors alike. With soaring prices in today's world, there had to be a better option for the homeowner to get the experience they expect and deserve, while also providing a system where the craftsmen in the field make a livable wage without rushing timelines or cutting corners on quality.

Our perspective is that it may not be ours or one person's fault alone that has created this pattern in our community. But we feel it our responsibility and those around us to facilitate a better way. And what better way is there than to support, provide, and regain that trust in our beautiful communities here in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
